Why can't i send to my virtual account?
We’re currently updating our virtual account system and experiencing a short downtime. All users who were previously issued a USD and EUR account will be getting a new one soon as we switch to a new banking partner, and you’ll be able to receive payments just like before.
In the meantime:
Any new deposits to your current USD/EUR Global account will automatically fail and be refunded to the sender.
If you didn't get an automatic refund, please contact your bank.
Your funds are safe, nothing in your wallet is affected.
You can continue to use all the other features in the Afriex app.
We’ll notify you the moment your new account is ready.
