How can I request an increase in my transaction limit?

Go to Settings-->Limits-->Request Limit Increase, provide your details and submit for review.

Note: To qualify for a limit increase, a user must have been on the platform for at least three months and have a cumulative transaction value of at least $10,000. The limit increase button will remain greyed out for customers who do not meet these.


Contact Support for limit increase option, if you qualify and the option is not available.
