What should I do if I reach my transaction limit?

If you reach your transaction limit, you may need to wait until the next cycle before you can make additional transactions. Alternatively, increase your limit:

Go to Settings-->Limits-->Request Limit Increase, provide your details and submit for review.

Note: To qualify for a limit increase, a user must have been on the platform for at least three months and have a cumulative transaction value of at least $10,000. The limit increase button will remain greyed out for customers who do not meet these criteria.

Contact Support for limit increase option, if you qualify and the option is not available.
