Cash Out

Cash out means withdrawal. It could be a withdrawal back to your card, bank account, or mobile wallet, depending on your location.

Asset Swap

This is showing your swap/conversion history. If you moved between currencies, under your transaction history, it will be called an "asset swap."

Money Sent To Bank

When you send money directly to a loved one's bank account in their home country. They will not be required to create an Afriex account.

Afriex Receipts

This is evidence of your transaction that can be sent to your recipient. It can be used to track the movement of funds with their local financial institution.

Refunded

This is when a payment fails due to issues with the receiving financial institution, and the value is refunded back to the sender’s Afriex wallet. You can try again. It is important to make sure that the error is noted to ensure that the funds are sent out when it is retried.
